Join Dominic Chappellet and Phillip Corallo-Titus, our Vice President of Wine Making, on Saturday, January 17, for our second annual Foraging & Dinner on Pritchard Hill. This intimate evening will showcase special large-format library wines from our cellar, thoughtfully paired with a multi-course menu by local chef Daniel Gomez Sanchez. In addition to celebrating California’s winter mushroom bounty, this year’s dinner will also spotlight the season’s prized Périgord black truffle.

Weather and accessibility permitting, the morning before dinner, we will forage my favorite spots on Pritchard Hill at 9:30 AM. Included with your dinner ticket is the option to join me on this adventure. Details and confirmation of this activity will be communicated to interested guests closer to the event day.
